No purchase necessary to enter or be selected. A purchase, donation, sponsorship, or financial contribution will not increase an entrant’s chances of selection. Void where prohibited by law.

1. Promotion Name

The name of this promotion is The Vine FM’s Opening Act, presented through The Vine FM’s Local Worship Stage and connected with The Vine FM’s Worship World Tour featuring Ryan Stevenson.

For purposes of these Official Rules, “Sponsor” refers to 102.5 The Vine FM, The Vine Media Network, its representatives, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, promotional partners, and related entities.

3. Promotion Purpose

The Vine FM’s Opening Act is designed to discover, encourage, and highlight unsigned local Christian worship artists, worship leaders, bands, groups, and worship teams who are creating original worship music.

One eligible artist or group may be selected for the opportunity to perform as an opening act before Ryan Stevenson at The Vine FM’s Worship World Tour stop in Murrieta, California, currently scheduled for Sunday, July 26, 2026.

Submission does not guarantee selection, finalist status, airplay, public recognition, contact from The Vine FM, or an offer to participate as an opening act.

4. Entry Period

Entries must be submitted online at TheVineFM.org no later than:

May 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time

Entries received after the deadline may be disqualified and are not required to be reviewed.

The Sponsor’s computer system or online form submission timestamp shall be the official timekeeping method for this promotion.

5. Eligibility

This promotion is open to unsigned Christian worship artists, individual artists, bands, groups, worship teams, and similar music acts who meet the following requirements:

1. Entrant must submit original worship or Christian music.
2. Entrant must be unsigned, meaning not currently bound by an exclusive recording, publishing, management, or performance agreement that would prevent participation in this promotion.
3. Entrant must be based in Southern California, with preference given to artists serving Southwest Riverside County and surrounding communities.
4. Entrant must be available to perform on Sunday, July 26, 2026, at The Awakening Church in Murrieta, California, if selected.
5. Entrant must be able to perform a live opening set, subject to time, venue, production, and event requirements.
6. Entrant must have the legal right to submit all music, video, photography, biography, and other materials included in the entry.
7. If any performer is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must submit written consent and may be required to sign additional documentation.

Employees, officers, directors, board members, immediate family members, or household members of 102.5 The Vine FM, The Vine Media Network, the concert promoter, venue, or any entity materially involved in the administration or judging of this promotion may be deemed ineligible at Sponsor’s discretion.

To enter, eligible artists or groups must submit the required materials online at:

Required materials may include:

1. Artist, band, group, or worship team name
2. Primary contact name
3. Email address
4. Phone number
5. City of residence or base of ministry
6. Church or ministry affiliation, if applicable
7. Artist biography
8. Original song submission
9. Video performance link
10. Artist or group photo
11. Social media or website links, if available
12. Confirmation of availability for July 26, 2026
13. Permission for The Vine FM to use submitted materials
14. Agreement to these Official Rules

Incomplete entries may be disqualified.

7. Original Music Requirement

Entrants must submit original music.

For purposes of this promotion, “original music” means music written, created, owned, controlled, or properly authorized by the submitting artist or group.

Entrants may not submit cover songs as their primary music entry for radio airplay consideration. Cover songs, copyrighted worship songs, or songs written by other artists may not be used for The Vine FM radio airplay unless all necessary permissions, licenses, and clearances are obtained.

Entrant represents and warrants that:

1. The submitted original song does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, publicity right, privacy right, or other right of any third party.
2. Entrant has obtained permission from all writers, co-writers, musicians, performers, producers, photographers, videographers, and rights holders whose work is included in the submission.
3. Entrant has authority to grant the permissions described in these Official Rules.

8. Submitted Materials Become Property of Sponsor

By submitting an entry, entrant agrees that all submitted files, including audio files, video files, photographs, written biographies, artist statements, and related materials submitted to 102.5 The Vine FM or The Vine Media Network become the property of 102.5 The Vine FM and The Vine Media Network for purposes of review, storage, promotional use, archival use, and administration of this promotion.

Entrant further grants 102.5 The Vine FM and The Vine Media Network a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, edit, excerpt, broadcast, stream, display, publish, distribute, archive, and promote submitted materials in connection with:

1. The Vine FM’s Opening Act
2. The Vine FM’s Local Worship Stage
3. The Vine FM’s Worship World Tour
4. The Vine FM’s Local Worship Stage Live!
5. Related station promotions, programming, social media, website, app, email, donor communications, sponsor presentations, and ministry reports

This permission includes, but is not limited to, use of the artist name, group name, likeness, image, voice, song, recording, video, biography, testimony, ministry story, and submitted photographs.

No compensation, royalty, fee, or other payment will be owed for such promotional use unless separately agreed in writing by Sponsor.

9. Permission for Radio Airplay

By entering, entrant grants 102.5 The Vine FM permission to play the submitted original song on air and to use all or part of the song in promotional announcements, finalist features, digital content, social media posts, app content, website content, and related station promotions.

The Sponsor is not obligated to play any submitted song on air.

Submission does not guarantee airplay.

Airplay, if any, does not create an employment relationship, artist agreement, recording agreement, publishing agreement, management agreement, endorsement, or continuing obligation by Sponsor.

10. Video and Photography Permission

By entering, entrant grants Sponsor permission to use submitted videos and photographs for promotional purposes.

Entrant represents that all persons appearing in submitted photos or videos have given permission for their image, likeness, and performance to be used by Sponsor.

If any minor appears in a submitted photo or video, entrant represents that written permission has been obtained from the minor’s parent or legal guardian.

11. Selection Process

This is a skill-based promotional opportunity. Selection may be based on criteria determined by Sponsor, which may include:

1. Original music quality
2. Worship leadership ability
3. Vocal and musical ability
4. Ministry alignment with The Vine FM’s mission
5. Stage readiness
6. Professionalism
7. Suitability for the Ryan Stevenson concert audience
8. Local connection
9. Artist story and ministry purpose
10. Availability and ability to meet event requirements

Sponsor may, but is not required to, select finalists.

Sponsor may, but is not required to, conduct listener voting.

If listener voting is used, Sponsor reserves the right to determine how votes are collected, counted, weighted, verified, limited, or disqualified. Listener voting may be only one part of the selection process and does not guarantee final selection.

Sponsor reserves the right to make the final selection in its sole discretion.

12. No Guarantee of Selection or Contact

Submission to The Vine FM’s Opening Act does not guarantee:

1. Review by Sponsor
2. Contact from Sponsor
3. Selection as a finalist
4. On-air mention
5. Online feature
6. Social media feature
7. Airplay
8. Invitation to perform
9. Opening act participation
10. Participation in The Vine FM’s Local Worship Stage Live!
11. Any future relationship with 102.5 The Vine FM or The Vine Media Network

Sponsor is not obligated to respond to every entry.

Sponsor is not obligated to provide feedback, scoring, reasons for non-selection, or judging details.

13. Opening Act Opportunity

One artist or group may be selected for the opportunity to perform as an opening act before Ryan Stevenson at The Vine FM’s Worship World Tour stop currently scheduled for Sunday, July 26, 2026, at The Awakening Church in Murrieta, California.

The opening act opportunity is subject to:

1. Venue approval
2. Production approval
3. Concert promoter approval
4. Artist management approval, if applicable
5. Compliance with event schedule
6. Compliance with soundcheck and load-in requirements
7. Compliance with conduct and content expectations
8. Final approval by Sponsor

Sponsor reserves the right not to select an opening act if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, no entry is suitable, available, eligible, or appropriate for the event.

Sponsor also reserves the right to substitute, modify, postpone, cancel, or withdraw the opening act opportunity due to circumstances outside Sponsor’s control, including artist schedule changes, venue requirements, production limitations, weather, illness, safety concerns, force majeure events, or other operational needs.

14. Performance Requirements

If selected, the artist or group may be required to:

1. Sign additional participation, performance, media release, and liability documents
2. Provide a stage plot and input list
3. Arrive at the assigned load-in and soundcheck time
4. Perform only approved songs
5. Follow all venue, promoter, and production instructions
6. Refrain from inappropriate content, profanity, political advocacy, or conduct inconsistent with the mission of 102.5 The Vine FM
7. Provide any necessary instruments, tracks, equipment, or personnel unless otherwise agreed
8. Comply with time limits for the opening set

Failure to meet these requirements may result in disqualification or removal from the performance opportunity.

15. Prize / Opportunity Description

The selected artist or group may receive the opportunity to perform as The Vine FM’s Opening Act before Ryan Stevenson.

This opportunity has no guaranteed cash value.

No cash alternative, substitution, transfer, or assignment is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

Any travel, lodging, meals, equipment, insurance, parking, transportation, wardrobe, production needs, or other expenses are the sole responsibility of the selected artist or group unless otherwise stated in writing by Sponsor.

16. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, by entering this promotion, entrant grants Sponsor permission to use entrant’s name, artist name, group name, likeness, image, voice, city, biography, testimony, submitted music, submitted video, submitted photography, and entry materials for advertising, publicity, promotional, ministry, archival, and public-relations purposes without additional compensation.

17. Conduct

Entrants agree to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the mission, values, and public witness of 102.5 The Vine FM.

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant for conduct that Sponsor determines to be inappropriate, unsafe, dishonest, disruptive, unlawful, offensive, defamatory, vulgar, sexually explicit, hateful, threatening, inconsistent with Christian ministry values, or otherwise harmful to the promotion, station, venue, concert, listeners, or community.

18. Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant for any reason permitted by law, including but not limited to:

1. Incomplete submission
2. False or misleading information
3. Failure to meet eligibility requirements
4. Submission of non-original music
5. Copyright or rights concerns
6. Failure to obtain necessary permissions
7. Inability to perform on the concert date
8. Violation of these Official Rules
9. Tampering with voting or submission systems
10. Conduct inconsistent with Sponsor’s mission or the integrity of the promotion

19. Technical Issues

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, inaccessible, damaged, deleted, or failed entries.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, website errors, internet interruptions, file upload problems, email issues, platform limitations, social media outages, or other technological problems that may affect entry, review, voting, notification, or selection.

20. Taxes and Legal Responsibilities

Any taxes, reporting obligations, permits, licenses, insurance, or other legal responsibilities connected with participation are the responsibility of the selected artist or group.

If any prize or benefit is later determined to have reportable value, the selected artist or group may be required to provide tax information and may receive an applicable tax form.

21. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 102.5 The Vine FM, The Vine Media Network, The Awakening Church, Ryan Stevenson, artist representatives, concert promoters, sponsors, advertising partners, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and related entities from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to:

1. Entry in the promotion
2. Use of submitted materials
3. Copyright or rights claims
4. Publicity or promotional use
5. Selection or non-selection
6. Participation in any performance
7. Injury, loss, damage, or expense connected with the promotion or event

22. Privacy

Information submitted through the entry form may be used by Sponsor to administer the promotion, contact entrants, evaluate submissions, promote finalists or selected artists, and communicate future opportunities connected with The Vine FM’s Local Worship Stage and related station ministries.

Entrants should not submit private, confidential, or sensitive information that they do not want used for promotional or administrative purposes.

23. Modification, Suspension, or Cancellation

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, cancel, or terminate the promotion if fraud, technical failures, event changes, venue limitations, legal concerns, safety issues, rights issues, or other circumstances affect the integrity, administration, or feasibility of the promotion.

Sponsor also reserves the right to select no winner or no opening act if Sponsor determines that no eligible submission is suitable.

24. Governing Law

This promotion is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

25. Agreement to Official Rules

By submitting an entry, entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this promotion.

Official Contest Rules: The Ultimate Family Vacation Getaway

1. Contest/Prize Description

102.5 The Vine FM, in partnership with Cornerstone Church Hemet, is giving eligible listeners a chance to win one of six (6) Grand Prize Ultimate Family Vacation Getaways to a beautiful mountain cabin in Big Bear, California. Each Grand Prize includes: A 3-day, 2-night weekend stay at a fully furnished private cabin. Accommodations for up to nine (9) guests, Amenities include a spa and outdoor fire pit, perfect for family relaxation and reconnection.

2. Prize Details

Estimated Retail Value (ERV): $927.00 USD per Grand Prize. Transportation, fuel, meals, and personal expenses are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be sold or exchanged under any circumstances. Booking is subject to availability. Winners must coordinate preferred dates with Jason Baker, Elder at Cornerstone Church Hemet. Prize must be redeemed and used by December 31, 2025, unless extended in writing by the sponsor. Some weekends may be unavailable due to prior bookings or blackout dates. Weekday stays may also be available upon request.Prize substitutions are not permitted.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal U.S. residents, aged 18 years or older at entry. Winners must reside within the FM broadcast signal range of 102.5 KGGN. Employees, officers, and directors of The Vine FM, Cornerstone Church Hemet, and all contest sponsors and partners, as well as their immediate family members (defined as spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same household, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter once per day per method, using any of the following official contest entry options: a. Online at www.TheVineFM.org. B. Through the 102.5 The Vine FM App. c. By visiting one of up to seven (7) official “Stand and Scan” sponsor locations, scanning the QR code, and submitting the online form. A maximum of three (3) entries per person per day is allowed—one (1) per entry method (Online, App, QR Code). Entries must be submitted using a valid name, email address, and phone number. Multiple entries using false identities will result in disqualification.

5. Contest Period

The contest begins Monday, April 21, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on Sunday, June 7, 2025. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected each week from all eligible entries submitted during the prior week. Draw dates are as follows: Monday, April 28,  Monday, May 5, Monday, May 12, Monday, May 19, Monday, May 26, Monday, June 2. Entries reset each week; only entries from the previous Monday through Sunday qualify for each week’s draw. Entry timestamps are based on Planning Center submission logs from TheVineFM.org, The Vine FM App, or sponsor QR code forms.

6. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

Winners will be contacted by email and/or phone within 48 hours of each drawing. Winners must respond within 72 hours of initial contact to claim the prize. If no response is received, an alternate winner may be selected at the sponsor’s discretion. Proof of identity (government-issued photo ID), eligibility, and agreement to the contest rules may be required.

7. General Conditions

Participation constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules. The Vine FM reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with contest guidelines or appear to be fraudulent, incomplete, or inauthentic. The Vine FM is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, illegible, or misdirected entries due to technical failures, user error, or other causes beyond its control. Decisions made by The Vine FM are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.

8. Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to grant 102.5 The Vine FM and its promotional partners the right to use their name, likeness, city of residence, photos, video footage, and voice recordings for promotional purposes across all media platforms, without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.

9. Taxes and Liability

All applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Vine FM, Cornerstone Church Hemet, and associated sponsors are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from participation or prize usage. By entering, all participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless The Vine FM, Cornerstone Church Hemet, and sponsors from all claims and liabilities associated with the contest.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected through the contest will be handled in accordance with The Vine FM’s Privacy Policy and may be shared with contest sponsors and partners solely for the purpose of administering the contest and fulfilling prizes.

12. Applicable Law

This contest is governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal regulations. All legal proceedings related to this contest must be filed exclusively in the courts of Riverside County, California.

1. Dates/Terms/Eligibility

102.5 The Vine (KGGN) may change the dates and/or terms of the Contest(s) without prior notice. Any material changes will be broadcast on 102.5 The Vine (KGGN) and/or posted here or in the Specific Material Terms for Individual Contests. The Contests are open to legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age and older, residing in California, unless otherwise noted. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. Employees or agents of 102.5 The Vine (KGGN), other radio stations or any entity associated with the Contests, as well as members of the same household of any such employee or agent may not participate.

1. Prizes

Only one winner or qualifier per household per 30 days 102.5 The Vine (KGGN), for prizes valued under $600 dollars. After winning a prize valued over $600, winner must wait one full year before they are eligible to win another prize, regardless of value. All sales, prize and other taxes, gratuities and any other incidentals associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and may not be substituted, except by 102.5 The Vine (KGGN), prize donors or sponsors for reasons of unavailability. In which case, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.

Prizes unclaimed after 30 days become the property of 102.5 The Vine (KGGN). 102.5 The Vine (KGGN) assumes no responsibility or liability for damages loss or injury resulting from acceptance or use of the prize. 102.5 The Vine (KGGN) is not responsible for replacing tickets in the event of show cancellations as a result of weather, promoter or performer. In the case of a concert or event with a date sooner than thirty (30) days, tickets and any associated prizes will be forfeited at 5 P.M. on the last weekday prior to the date of the concert or event. If the prize(s) are mailed by 102.5 The Vine (KGGN), the winner assumes all risk of loss, theft, late or miss-delivery. At the sole discretion of 102.5 The Vine (KGGN), any prize values over $100.00 will be required to be picked up in person with photo ID.

1. Conditions/Restrictions

Each winner will be required to produce identification satisfactory to 102.5 The Vine (KGGN). A winner of a prize with a retail value of $600 or more will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release, including a publicity release, as prepared by 102.5 The Vine (KGGN) prior to receiving their prize. Each winner will be responsible for any taxes or fees that result from the receipt and/or use of their prize and may receive an IRS Form 1099-Misc. The Contest is void where prohibited by law. Anyone using fraudulent means to participate and/or win the Contest will be disqualified.

102.5 The Vine (KGGN) is not responsible for errors, problems or delays in the mail or telephone systems that may prevent callers or entries from reaching 102.5 The Vine (KGGN). Listeners can call 102.5 The Vine (KGGN) studio line (951) 554-0100. If a caller gets disconnected for any reason before their name and phone number have been recorded, another call will be taken. Decisions of 102.5 The Vine (KGGN) station management are final. All contest entries will become the property of 102.5 The Vine (KGGN). Winners and contest participants grants 102.5 The Vine (KGGN) the right to use their name and likeness (including voice) for promotional purposes with no compensation.

1. Release and Indemnification

In exchange for the right to participate in any Contest, each participant agrees to forever release and indemnify 102.5 The Vine (KGGN), and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries and employees (the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, demands and/or causes of action of any nature or kind whatsoever, whether presently known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that arise out of the participant’s participation in the Contest.

Game and contest participants using the Internet must provide a valid email address. Limit one entry per email address unless otherwise noted.

102.5 The Vine (KGGN), prize donors and sponsors not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone or other transmission failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; or incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions whether caused by 102.5 The Vine (KGGN), users, by any equipment or programming utilized in promotions, games or contests, or by human error which may occur in the processing of submissions, which may limit a participant’s ability to participate.

102.5 The Vine (KGGN) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend a promotion, game or contest should a virus, bug, computer or other problem beyond the control of 102.5 The Vine (KGGN) corrupts the administration, security or proper execution of any Internet promotion, game or contest, or the Internet portion of any promotion, game or contest. 102.5 The Vine (KGGN), in its sole discretion, may award prizes to entries received by alternate means. All Internet participants agree to be bound by these rules, and the Official General Rules appearing above.

Facebook has no liability in any contest involving the official 102.5 The Vine (KGGN) Facebook page. Any station Facebook contest is not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by or associated with Facebook.

Instagram has no liability in any contest involving the official 102.5 The Vine (KGGN) Instagram page. Any station Instagram contest is not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by or associated with Instagram.
