About Us: 102.5 The Vine FM is an award-nominated, small-market Christian radio station that prioritizes the gospel of Jesus Christ, community service, and outreach. Through initiatives like The Great Diaper Drive, Operation Hydration, Socktober, and Chill Out Summer Stops, we’re making a real difference in the lives of our listeners and Southwest Riverside County. We’re also dedicated to professional development through partnerships, like our work with JDS Creative Academy and our local Christian Business Networking group.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate and manage an Underwriting/Sales pipeline, cold calling, identifying potential sponsors, and nurturing relationships.
- Present sponsorship packages that align with advertisers’ goals and The Vine FM’s mission.
- Engage with current and prospective underwriters through direct contact, including in-person meetings, phone calls, and email communication.
- Represent 102.5 The Vine FM at community events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and effectively.
- Use CRM to track calls, emails, sales performance,
- Reach monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while developing new business opportunities designed to meet and exceed client expectations
Who We’re Looking For:
- A skilled salesperson with outside sales experience and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Two years of radio and/or media sales experience is preferred.
- Someone ambitious, motivated, and organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A person with strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools like PowerPoint.
- A candidate who is passionate about ministry and willing to actively participate in furthering The Vine FM’s Gospel mission.
- Experience in digital marketing or non-profit fundraising is a plus.
- This is a work-from-home position, so you will need a quiet place, a computer, Wifi, and a phone. This person should live in Southwest Riverside County.
- Flexible hours with availability to work some nights at weekends.
- Maintain an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor.
- Donor relations and fundraising experience a plus.
