Hoofbeats for Hope Volunteer & Mentor Orientation

April 25 @ 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM

Hoofbeats for Hope invites compassionate individuals to become part of a life-changing mission through our upcoming Mentor and Volunteer Orientation.

Hoofbeats for Hope is a nonprofit dedicated to fostering hope and healing, through equine-assisted programs serving foster and adopted youth, survivors of domestic violence, and veterans with PTSD. At the heart of our work is the Stable Moments program… a unique, ground-based mentorship experience designed specifically for foster and adopted youth. Many of the children we serve have experienced trauma and instability, and what they need most is a consistent, caring adult.

That’s where our volunteers come in.

We are currently seeking mentors and volunteers who are willing to give just one hour per week to build a meaningful, supportive relationship with a child. No horse experience is necessary; training is fully provided. What matters most is a kind heart, reliability, and a desire to make a lasting difference.

Our orientation is the first step in joining this powerful work. Attendees will learn more about our mission, the impact of our programs, and how they can get involved in a way that fits their time and passion.

If you’ve ever felt called to give back, to support a child in need, or to be part of something bigger than yourself, this is your opportunity to take that first step—one hoofbeat at a time.
